All books are priced in Canadian currency and accordingly, payment should be made in Canadian or US dollars.

First time customers should please allow 7-10 days for personal cheques to clear. PayPal is preferred for Overseas customers but International Money Orders are welcome too.

Above all we want our customers to be satisfied with a purchase. If any purchase proves to be unsatisfactory, our books come with a full, 14 day, money back guarantee.

SHIPPING – MAIL RATES

We ship worldwide and our books are carefully packaged, protected with bubble wrap and mailed via Canada Post in a box or padded mailer. Books will always be mailed within 48 hours upon confirmation of payment.

Please inquire for shipping options and exact costs before making an order. We don't use a shipping matrix because postal costs seem to be in constant flux and vary dramatically, depending on destination. Any attempt to average out costs tends to unfairly inflate prices for some customers. We don't charge additional handling fees and rates are based on a per order, exact cost basis.

Orders shipped within Canada will normally be shipped via Canada Post at the Expedited Rate which includes insurance against loss, tracking number and a delivery of between 2-9 business days, dependent on destination. US and International orders will be sent via Canada Post at the customer's preference. Be sure to contact us for all the options available as prices and delivery times vary significantly.

We are always happy to combine shipping on multiple orders. All customers can substantially reduce shipping costs by combining orders, particularly overseas customers. If more than one book is of interest, it makes real sense to combine orders.
